Terms & Conditions for 477bte

To register and use the 477bte Platform you must be at least 21 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. By completing registration, you warrant that you meet these requirements. 477bte reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 477bte Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 477bte will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts.

477bte operates a KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at our discretion:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of registered mobile number linked to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay
• Any additional documentation reasonably required to confirm identity or payment method ownership

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 477bte will never contact you by any means to request your password. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally carried out that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 477bte immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending review.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any outstanding verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of applicable KYC requirements and provided that no bonus wagering conditions remain outstanding.

477bte reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal conduct
• Provision of false registration information
• Use of automated software, bots, or exploitative betting strategies
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period

477bte accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following local Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). International payment cards and third-party e-wallets not listed above are not currently supported.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are specified within your account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification status, payment method, and any applicable promotional terms.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted by accounts with pending verification may be held until KYC is complete. 477bte is not liable for delays caused by the recipient payment provider or banking infrastructure outside our control.

To protect against fraud and money laundering, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and mobile number used to make the original deposit. Requests to withdraw to a different mobile number or payment method will require additional verification and are subject to approval at 477bte's discretion.

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 477bte does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the relevant user account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered users in accordance with the specific terms stated for each promotion. 477bte reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account status, payment method, geographic location, or prior bonus participation history.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity period are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.

477bte operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses using duplicate accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and colluding with other users to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, 477bte reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the account.

477bte reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any such change will not affect the entitlement of users who have already opted in to the promotion in accordance with the original published terms, provided those terms are satisfied.

A bet is accepted only when a confirmation reference number is issued by the Platform. Until that confirmation is received, no bet exists. 477bte reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a technical fault has occurred.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes displayed due to a software error, or a typographical error in a market — 477bte reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This right applies regardless of whether the error was exploited intentionally or otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 477bte.

477bte collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 477bte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors. 477bte's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

477bte endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. 477bte will not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform downtime, provided reasonable steps are taken to restore service promptly.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you should contact 477bte's support team at [email protected] in the first instance. 477bte is committed to resolving disputes promptly and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the severed provision had never formed part of these Terms.
